Robert Mikos is visiting this fall from UC Davis School of Law. Mikos earned his J.D. summa cum laude from the University of Michigan Law School. At Michigan, he served as an articles editor of the Michigan Law Review and was the recipient of numerous awards, including the Henry M. Bates Memorial Scholarship, the law school’s highest honor. After graduation, he served as a law clerk for Chief Judge Michael Boudin of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. Mikos then returned to the University of Michigan Law School as a John M. Olin Fellow in Law and Economics before joining the UC Davis law faculty.
