Professor McLean, a retired career Naval Officer, joined the Law School faculty in 1975. He holds master’s degrees in School Administration from Notre Dame, International Affairs from George Washington University and is a graduate of the Naval War College. He was a member of the United States Delegation in the Strategic Arms Limitations Talks (SALT), during which period agreements were reached that remain in effect today.
