Stone Grissom’s first novel titled “A Cry for Justice” was recently published and is available on Amazon. In this legal thriller, Grissom makes several references to Notre Dame Law School and states it is “my small homage to my cherished time as a Domer”. Grissom is an Edward R. Murrow winning journalist and the prime time news anchor at News 12 on Long Island. In addition to his many awards as a journalist, Grissom has utilized his background in civil rights and experience as a criminal defense attorney in his work as a legal analyst on local and national stations covering national and international stories including the Sandy Hook shooting and the civil trial of Michael Jackson. Grissom was also awarded the Louis A. Powell Medal for Excellence in Trial Advocacy by the American College of Trial Lawyers.
