Eversheds Sutherland (US) LLP is pleased to announce the promotion of Stacy Fredrich to partner from its Intellectual Property Practice Group. Fredrich resides in the firm’s Atlanta office where she counsels clients on a wide variety of intellectual property issues. Fredrich prepares and prosecutes domestic and international utility and design patent applications, primarily for clients in the chemical, mechanical, energy, consumer products and life sciences (biotech and medical device) industries. Fredrich also counsels clients on patent portfolio management and prepares patentability, validity, infringement and product clearance opinions.
