Kristen Polovoy, a partner in Montgomery McCracken Walker & Rhoads LLP, has been reappointed Chair of the Class Action Practice Committee of the Camden County Bar Association. Polovoy’s practice includes complex commercial litigation with a focus on class action defense of product manufacturers in consumer fraud and household product advertising lawsuits, including food labeling litigation.
