Pierce Atwood LLP is pleased to announce that Joshua Dunlap has been elevated to partner in its Portland, Maine office. Dunlap is a member of Pierce Atwood’s Litigation Group and Appellate & Amici team where he has a robust complex civil litigation practice. Dunlap regularly defends financial institutions, retailers, and other clients in commercial matters, including consumer class actions involving issues such as bank overdrafts, products liability, and electronic data breaches. Prior to joining Pierce Atwood, Dunlap clerked for the Honorable Paul J. Kelly, Jr. on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
