Taylor English Duma LLP is pleased to announce the addition of Jack Sawyer as an Atlanta-based partner in the firm’s Tax Practice Group. Sawyer counsels clients in the areas of wealth planning, asset protection planning, and fiduciary and tax litigation. Sawyer has experience representing landowners and land trusts in planning and implementing bargain sales and conservation easements, and advocating for clients involved in contentious estate or trust-related litigation. He also regularly assists tax-exempt organizations in devising strategies to reduce their unrelated business taxable income and in obtaining New Markets Tax Credits financing for expansion. Frequently recognized by his peers for his excellence in these areas, he is listed among The Best Lawyers in America, Georgia Super Lawyers and Worth Magazine’s Top 100 Attorneys.
