In memoriam: Maurice A. Nelson, ’66 J.D.

It is with sadness that the law school announces the passing of Maurice Nelson on January 12, 2015 in Kalamazoo, Michigan. He was 88 years old. Maurice came to the practice of law later in life after serving our country in WWII. After graduating from NDLS, Maurice served a few years as an Assistant Prosecutor in Berrien County followed by two decades of private practice in Niles, Michigan.
