In Memoriam: Bernard P. Malone, ’63 J.D.

It is with a heavy heart that the law school announces the passing of Bernard “Bud” Malone on February 27, 2015 in Dallas, Texas. Bud devoted much of his legal career as an advocate for financing affordable housing under the FHA Program. Bud later co-founded Malone Mortgage, a finance mortgage company which specialized in federal housing loans. Most recently, Bud founded MORTGAGES USA.
