Federal Circuit Judges Sutton and O'Scannlain To Speak at NDLS

Professor A.J. Bellia will moderate a wide-ranging conversation September 30 between Ninth Circuit Judge Diarmuid O’Scannlain and Sixth Circuit Judge Jeffrey Sutton. Among the issues to be discussed are questions concerning the separation of powers and the constitutional role of a federal circuit judge.

The Federalist Society and the NDLS Constitutional Structure and Design Program are co-sponsoring the program, which will take place at 12:30 p.m. in the Law School’s Patrick F. McCartan Courtroom.
