Brian P. Lennon has been named partner at Warner Norcross & Judd LLP. His whose practice focuses on criminal defense, particularly health care fraud and other white collar and drug offenses, corporate internal investigations and compliance matters. Lennon also serves as chair of the firm’s Higher Education Practice Group and is a member of the board of trustees of the Michigan Colleges Foundation. Before joining the firm, he served as a federal prosecutor in Michigan and Virginia for 15 years, as a trial attorney for the U.S. Department of Justice’s Civil Division, and as a judge advocate in the U.S. Marine Corps. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Federal Bar Association, State Bar of Michigan, Grand Rapids Bar Association and the American Health Lawyers Association.

The U.S. Senate has voted 70-29 to confirm Elizabeth A. Wolford to serve on the U.S. District Court for the Western District of New York.
Martin E. Seifert, Fort Wayne, was elected to the board of governors of the Indiana State Bar Association (ISBA) at its annual meeting in French Lick on Friday, Oct. 18. He will serve a two-year term, representing one of 13 districts in the state.
