Ryan J. Dwyer will begin a clerkship with U.S. District Judge David Bunning in Covington, KY in September 2012. Dwyer is currently a law clerk for U.S. District Judge William Zloch in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.

John Gaal of Syracuse is the new chair of the 2,360-member Labor and Employment Law Section of the New York State Bar Association. Gaal is a member of Bond, Schoeneck & King. He practices labor and employment law on behalf of management, with an emphasis on higher education, construction and health care.
