Professor Jimmy Gurulé Named NAPA Fellow, Court Cites his Book in Terrorist Financing Case

Jimmy Gurule Professor Jimmy Gurulé was recently elected as a Fellow of the National Academy of Public Administration (NAPA). The Academy has been awarded a grant by the World Bank Group to evaluate the effectiveness of the Stolen Asset Recovery (StAR) initiative. Professor Gurulé was selected to serve on the panel of experts that will conduct the evaluation and submit a report to the World Bank Group and the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNDOC).
