The Ohio Bar application is a two-step process. The first involves certification as to your fitness to practice law, and the Ohio Board must make this certification before you are able to apply to sit for the bar exam. The certification process can be lengthy; to prevent delays, please file your Registration as a Candidate for Admission (Application to Register) in your third semester of law school.
