Martin Foos, ’92 BA, ’95 J.D.

Martin Foos, a partner at Faruki Ireland & Cox in Dayton, has founded the Ohio Civil Justice Reform Task Force. The Task Force consists of 23 attorneys and judges from across the state of Ohio, who will consider rule changes that would reduce the time and expense required to litigate civil cases in Ohio’s court. Foos currently serves as Chair of the Ohio State Bar Association Litigation Section Council which formed the Task Force at the request of the President of the Ohio State Bar Association. Foos focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, including informational privacy matters, securities cases, intellectual property litigation, class action defense, and business competition matters.
