McManis Faulkner, a San Jose trial firm, is pleased to announce that it has elevated Tyler Atkinson to partner. “Tyler’s appointment is well deserved. Atkinson represents individuals, closely held businesses and Fortune 500 companies in a variety of civil cases and complex disputes. In addition to his practice, Atkinson serves as the managing attorney for the Legal Counseling Office, Associated Students of Stanford University. He is a member of the Civil Practice Committee of the Santa Clara County Bar Association and the University of California, Santa Cruz Alumni Association. Atkinson has served as an adjunct Professor of Remedies at Lincoln Law School of San Jose and has presented several seminars to the county bar and legal organizations, including programs on eDiscovery and trial preparation. Additionally, Atkinson has been named a Northern California Rising Star by Super Lawyers (2013-2015).
