Dudley is a member of the firm’s Corporate & Tax and Banking & Real Estate groups, with an emphasis on mergers & acquisitions and commercial & corporate finance. He regularly represents buyers, sellers and targets in U.S. middle-market M&A and related corporate transactions, including stock and asset purchases, mergers, restructurings, capital raises and joint ventures.
