In Memoriam: Lawrence E. Carr, Jr., ’48, ’49 J.D.

It is with a heavy heart that the Law School announces the passing of Lawrence Carr, Jr. on November 21, 2015 in Alexandria, Virginia. Carr practiced law in Washington, DC for more than 60 years, most recently as senior partner with Carr Maloney, PC. Devoted to Notre Dame, Carr served on the Advisory Council for Notre Dame Law School for 24 years, from 1984 to 2008. Carr sent four of his five children to Notre Dame.
