Professor Nagle delivers keynote at environmental law symposium

faculty_nagle Professor John Copeland Nagle delivered the keynote address at a Vermont Law School environmental law symposium March 2. The program, hosted by the law school’s Journal of Environmental Law and the U.S.-China Partnership for Environmental Law, brought together scholars from the United States and China to discuss local, national, and global environmental issues. Prof. Nagle’s keynote was entitled “How Much Should China Pollute?” Click here for more information about the symposium and a full list of attending scholars.

On March 3 Professor Nagle also spoke at the University of Florida Levin College of Law on “Climate Exceptionalism.” His presentation there was hosted by the law school’s Environmental & Land Use Law Program as part of its Spring 2011 Environmental Speaker Series.
