Dwight King wood sculpture

An exhibit featuring woodworking pieces created by Head Research Librarian Dwight King will be featured at the South Bend Museum of Art. The exhibit “Tales in Wood, Works by Dwight King,” will be on display in the Jerome J. Crowley Community Gallery from February 26 to March 19, 2011.

Graduate and Professional Student Night is Friday, March 4!

Enjoy an evening out with friends and family at the South Bend Museum of Art on Friday, March 4 from 5:30 to 8:00 PM. Sample free drinks, appetizers, and desserts as you browse the galleries to the accompaniment of jazz pianist Joe Probst. There is no cover charge for this event, and graduate and graduate professional students will be eligible for door prizes with a valid ID. Please note, of particular interest to the Law School community, that there will be a special exhibition of our very own Dwight King’s work in the Jerome J. Crowley Community Gallery, Tales in Wood: Works.

University faculty, staff, and graduate and graduate professional students are encouraged to attend. This is a family-friendly event – children are welcome!

This event is sponsored by: South Bend Museum of Art, School of Architecture, Graduate School, Law School, Mendoza College of Business, College of Arts and Letters, College of Engineering, and College of Science.
