Three NDLS Alums Re-elected to Congress

Capital building Three University of Notre Dame Law School graduates were re-elected to the U.S. House of Representatives in the Tuesday, Nov. 4 election.

In Indiana, Democrat Joe Donnelly, a 1981 NDLS alum (1977 undergrad), won a second term in Congress representing the 2nd District (in which Notre Dame is located); Democrat Peter Visclosky, a 1973 NDLS graduate, won a 12th term in the 1st District; and Republican Peter King was re-elected to his 10th term in New York’s 3rd District. King earned a law degree in 1968.
