Francisco Valenzuela, of Fanning Harper Martinson Brandt & Kutchin, P.C., has been selected to the Texas Rising Stars list for the 5th consecutive year. The Texas Rising Stars recognizes the state’s best lawyers under the age of 40 and those practicing law under 10 years. Valenzuela was selected based upon his expertise in employment litigation defense, school and education law, and state, local and municipal work.
