Medical Research Law & Policy Report (BNA)
Twice-monthly publication on regulatory and legal developments in medical research. Follows activities at the state level, private litigation, and industry and association developments as they relate to government regulation. Contains all issues published since March 2002.

Pharmaceutical Law & Industry Report (BNA)
Weekly coverage of major regulatory and litigation developments at the federal and state level. Focuses on intellectual property issues, drug pricing and reimbursement, FDA oversight, Federal Trade Commission antitrust enforcement and other issues affecting the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. Contains all issues of Pharmaceutical Law & Industry Report published since January 17, 2003 and all issues of Pharmaceutical Law & Policy Report published since July 12, 2001.
