Wien Professor of Real Estate Law at Columbia Law School, and Jenny Hawkins, Visiting Assistant Professor of Economics at Oberlin College. Heller will present on his book: “The Gridlock Economy: How Too Much Ownership Wrecks Markets, Stops Innovation, and Costs Lives.” Hawkins will present a working paper on “Mitigating Hold-Up Through Complementarities and Refunds.” View Schedule
