Laura (Hirschfeld) Hollis

 Laura (Hirschfeld) Hollis received her bachelor’s degree in English and her law degree from the University of Notre Dame. She now holds faculty appointments in the Mendoza College of Business and the Law School at the University of Notre Dame, where she teaches courses in business law and entrepreneurship. Her expertise is in entrepreneurship, economic development, and public policy. Prior to joining the Accounting department, Professor Hollis was Director of the Gigot Center for Entrepreneurship at Notre Dame. She held joint appointments in Engineering and Business at the University of Illinois from 2000 – 2010. She was a tenured professor of law at the University of Detroit Mercy, and a visiting professor of law at Michigan State University. In addition to her legal publications, Hollis has been a freelance political writer for The Detroit News, Townhall.com, and the Christian Post. She is married and has two children.

 Laurel Cochrane joined the staff of the Notre Dame Law School Kresge Library as a visiting associate librarian in 2002. She was promoted to full-time associate librarian in 2003. She received her B.A. in English from Indiana University, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. She also earned her M.L.S. (with Honors) from Indiana University. She held technical services positions of increasing responsibility at the St. Joseph County Public Library in South Bend, Indiana, from 1985 to 2002, where she had a major role in managing the library’s automated system. As visiting assistant librarian at the Kresge Library, she supported the Transitional Justice Project at the Notre Dame Law School Center for Civil and Human Rights. She established the project’s Accountability Resource Center collection of books, monographs, studies, reports, and similar documents relating to the change from repressive to more open regimes. She also provided bibliographic assistance to the Kresge Law Library with particular responsibilities for the effective application of the automated library system.   Fleck joined the Law School as assistant director of admissions in July 2013. She graduated from Ohio University in 2008 with a Master of Education in College Student Personnel and received her B.A. in Communication from Truman State University in 2006. Before joining Notre Dame Law School, Lauren served as the program director of Major Exploration Academic Advising at Saint Louis University and as a career counselor at both the University of Georgia and Ohio University. She also has experience teaching at the college level and advising student organizations. Fleck originally hails from Saint Louis, Mo.

  Lauren Love joined the Law School as Communications Specialist in September 2015. She has marketing and communications experience in a number of key areas, including media relations, nonprofit communications, social media, crisis communications, strategic planning and special events. Before joining Notre Dame Law School, Love was the Manager of External Affairs for the Chicago Urban League. Prior to the League, she served as press secretary for the Rev. Jesse L. Jackson, Sr.’s Rainbow PUSH Coalition. Lauren graduated from Michigan State University with a bachelor's degree in journalism with a specialization in public relations. She later earned her master's degree in leadership and policy studies from DePaul University.

 Leslie D. Callahan earned her bachelor of arts in political science, cum laude, from Bryn Mawr College in 1983. She earned her juris doctor, cum laude, from Harvard Law School in 1986, where she served as a board member of the Harvard Legal Aid Bureau. After graduating from Harvard Law School, she clerked for Judge Orinda D. Evans of the U.S. District Court in Atlanta. Following her clerkship, she was a commercial litigator, primarily with Morrison & Foerster in New York. Relocating to the Midwest, she was general counsel to the University of Kansas research foundation and, here in South Bend, practiced with Baker & Daniels. She joined the Legal Writing program at Notre Dame Law School in the fall of 2005. Callahan has served as a board member and officer for the Stanley Clark School and for the South Bend Museum of Art. Li Songfeng

 Li Songfeng is a junior professor of law at the University of Politics and Law in Beijing. He attended Brigham Young University Center’s China Certificate Training Program and was later a visiting fellow at BYU. He has recently finished his Ph.D. from Tsinghua, China’s second top ranked university.

  Lily Rath joined the Career Development Office as a special projects assistant in February 2016. She holds master's degrees in political science and business administration from India. Rath has many years of experience in information technology, project management and administrative support. She is very involved in the community, assisting nonprofit organizations with their websites and serving as a board member for the National Alliance on Mental Illness of Elkhart County, Ind.
