John M. Marnocha is a judge for the St. Joseph County Superior Court in Indiana. He joined the bench on January 1, 1999. He was retained in November 2020, for a term that expires on December 31, 2026. He received a bachelor's degree from Indiana University in 1978 and a J.D. from Valparaiso University School of Law in 1982.

Judge Marnocha joined Notre Dame Law School as an adjunct faculty member in 2002.
