tmore berries Pro Bono at Notre Dame Law School provides resources for students to connect with alumni and other practicing attorneys to provide pro bono services around the world. These offerings introduce law students to the professional obligation of attorneys and the benefits of providing public service, and recognizes the needs of the under-represented in society. The ultimate goal of pro bono is to encourage students to begin to embrace their role as members of the legal profession, including the responsibility of rendering public service. The Career Services Office administers this program by developing relationships with local organizations and attorneys and counseling students by identifying appropriate opportunities around the world. Pro Bono at Notre Dame Law School serves students by connecting their desire to serve diverse communities while developing their legal skills. Students who wish to have their pro bono hours verified by a law school source must participate in through Pro Bono at Notre Dame Law School.
