The University’s Office of Student Financial Aid, in accordance with federal guidelines, annually develops a Student Budget (also referred to as “cost of attendance”) that represents the maximum amount of money that an independent student, living a modest lifestyle, should need during the regular academic year as a full-time student. The Student Budget is intended to cover the cost of tuition, fees, books, supplies and a living allowance for the time you are enrolled. The Student Budget represents the maximum amount of financial assistance that any student may be awarded for the academic year (the total of grants, scholarships, loans, and on-campus employment).
