Air Force Judge Advocate General’s Department Funded Legal Education Program
Award: Regular Pay + payment of tuition ($12,000/yr max)
Eligibility: Commissioned officers in U.S. Air Force (2-6 yrs active duty);
Graduated with a bachelor’s degree from accredited university;
Must currently be in pay grade of Captain or below;

Marine Corps Funded Law Education Program
Award: Regular Pay + payment of tuition ($10,000/yr max)
Eligibility: Commissioned officers in Marine Corps (rank of captain or below);
2-6 years of total active service & be able to complete 20 years of active service before their 55th birthday;
Must have graduated from an accredited college/university w/ a bachelor’s degree, have taken LSAT at their own arrangement/expense, & have evidence of acceptance to an accredited law school in the U.S.

Mary Rowena Cooper Scholarship Fund

Eligibility: Residents of Forsyth County, North Carolina whose parent served in Vietnam during the war;
First priority given to children of deceased veterans of the 101st Airborne, second to children of deceased veterans of any service unit, third to children of veterans still living;
Pursuing a degree at any accredited college/university

Navy Law Education Program
Award: Regular Pay + up to $500 for required textbooks & 1-time payment of $1,500 for a bar examination review course
Eligibility: Active-duty Navy commissioned officers in pay grade O-3 or below;
Served 2-6 years on active duty & must hold baccalaureate degree from an accredited institution;
Following completion of their law degree, participants serve as career judge advocates in the Navy for 2 years for each year of legal training from this program
