Insights Regarding My Area of Practice

  • As an associate in King & Spalding’s Corporate Group, I have obtained significant experience in advising public company clients on SEC reporting and disclosure requirements, corporate governance issues and other corporate/securities matters. I have participated in the representation of issuers and underwriters in a range of corporate finance transactions and securities matters including public and private securities offerings. In addition, my practice includes both public and private mergers and acquisitions.

Volunteer/Pro Bono Work

  • Working on a pro bono securities matter for a not-for-profit organization in Georgia.
