On the Educational Experience:
“Having an understanding of the business reasons behind the documents being drafted is key for transactional business lawyers. As a student, I took advantage of the opportunity to take two Finance classes along with MBA students at the Mendoza School of Business. The knowledge I gained in those classes coupled with the legal education made the learning curve in my commercial lending practice significantly less steep than it would have been had I not taken the business school classes.”
On the NDLS Experience:
“One of the factors that made Notre Dame my first choice was the fact that it is a religious institution. Although I am not Catholic, I am a Christian, and I enjoy the opportunity to discuss openly the ways that our personal beliefs can and should mesh with practicing law.”
