Twice voted Professor of the Year and faculty advisor for the Notre Dame Law Review, Professor Belia’s areas of expertise include Civil Procedure, Constitutional Law, Contracts, and Federalism.
Jimmy Gurulé
Professor of Law
An internationally recognized expert in the field of terrorist financing and anti-money laundering, Professor Gurulé concentrates his teaching and scholarship in the areas of Criminal Law, teaching courses in International Criminal Law, the Law of Terrorism, White Collar Crime, and Criminal Law.
Mary Ellen O’Connell
Robert and Marion Short Professor of Law
Author of the recently published The Power and Purpose of International Law, Professor O’Connell’s primary research focuses on international legal regulation of the use of force and conflict and dispute resolution. She also examines the processes by which international law is made, applied, and enforced.
